Ballista Consulting started out as a collaboration between its co-founders, Tiffany Buerk and Steve Kipp. At the time, they were in the middle of implementing an Electronic Health Record for an organization they both very much admired. After fifteen years working side by side as consultants and managers, they imagined Ballista Consulting, a firm that would be known for quality, collaboration and transparency; a firm with a focus on managing complexity, valuing hard work and bringing efficiency, diligence and integrity to every engagement to ensure that its clients' objectives are met.
In 2008, guided by their imagination and these principles, they founded Ballista Consulting.
